Its really the best argument against the existence of God. Teeth. I’ve got to go to the dentist tomorrow and have a tooth drilled. Those who argue against evolution and for the existence of God often point to the eye. What a marvelous thing it is. To see the marvels of creation. How could it come about by mere chance?
But what of the tooth. An intelligent designer would have created something more reliable, less painful to repair, and quite frankly more attractive. How about diamonds? Why didn’t this ‘know-it-all’ put diamonds in our mouth. Of course it might have made certain ‘amorous’ techniques dangerous and you might not want to bite down on your tongue. But you wouldn’t be spending a fortune on braces, caps, or bridges.
If an intelligent designer designed teeth, he’s a moron.
