The future is the new past.

February 8, 2013

They’ve been warning us all day. An impending storm. Two storms at once. Of historic… well it goes on like that. 24 hour news has got to talk about something. And like all of us when we have nothing to say, we talk about the weather.

What I find intriguing is that the WWW or the net is more about the future than the past. We are bombarded with scenarios before events actually happen. The actual event then becomes less important than its forecast. The future is the new past.
