Its A Wonder You Didn’t Get Cancer
Wolves don’t cry. In the furls. Of the howling. Wind. We don’t know what fear. Means. Don’t see the night time. Soiled.
You are a poison in my life. Came out of your mouth. Too easily. A world in which there were forces. Out to get you. At least, you weren’t alone.
Shoulders bent. The babe magnet looks wretched. Too many hours smoking. Cigarettes. Held so tenderly. Breathing against tomorrow.
One tooth. Two. Three teeth gone. An ironic smirk. Stone cold hands. Shaking your head. So many women loved you. And men too. Its a wonder you didn’t get cancer.
