Wake him up
July 3, 2012
Things so beautiful. That I cannot remember. The answer is on my lips. When you kiss me.
I can dive head first into English. Sentences are handed out. By a hanging judge. Swinging after hours from the oak tree out back.
You keep shouting at me.
I’m going deaf. Its the tumor that’s fallen asleep inside my head. Don’t want to wake him up. He whistles when he sleeps.
Everyone ignores me. That’s alright. The wolf has already eaten the sheep. And all I want to do now is find a comfortable place to lay my head. And let everything digest.
